He's a chatty kid and she said he just has so much to say he can't seem to get it out. Thank you. I think it stems from his brain moving faster than his mouth. Came on very suddenly, and it's kinda freaking me out. He's pretty vocal and has been talking in sentences for a while, but all of the sudden it's like he's having trouble. His seems to be mostly "w-words." Like when he got in the car today, it was "whe-whe-whe-whe-where we going mama?" Also some I's, like "I-I-I-I-I don't want to ______."</p> <p>I spoke to his day care teacher today and she agrees that it seems to be happening, but she said she's not concerned because he's 2 and it's most likely a phase. She said she would give it at least a month before calling the doctor.</p> <p>Anyone else's toddler go through a stuttering phase? He seems to be getting frustrated and I don't want to "scare him" out of talking more. </p>
