I attribute it to the fact that I gave him a banana right before we left and we were on some pretty windy roads and you feel the turns a lot in the back seat of the car.</p> <p>How long before she started vomiting did she eat? I am thinking it's not car sickness, only because it is after the driving was over. I soon found out after her first episode that it's common for young toddlers... </p> <p>Some tips that helped us were to not give her anything to eat or drink 30 mins to an hour before a ride, keeping her cool in the carseat (not dressing her in too many layers), and keeping the windows slightly open for fresh air. She has never thrown up, not even really spit up, so this is a huge shock. I have no idea if she ate something or if she's car sick. </p>
