We are always sick these days too. DS caught a virus right after having pneumonia. I actually think he got it at the dr office.. Ironic but probably the most germy place you could go... We did multiple GI tests, swallow tests, blood tests, stool sample. All turned out normal. It's just that I don't know why he is ALWAYS sick. ALWAYS. </p> <p>@brownie: Thanks.... My little man gained 8 oz in the last 2 months between seeing the GI. Then he got the flu and lost 6 of those ounces. I was practically crying in the pediatrician's office at that appointment. He is now over it and his voracious appetite is back (though I haven't been brave enough to take him in for a weight check).</p> <p>Keep up the good work. Have they identified why he may be vomiting? Have you tried the BRAT diet? We would put applesauce on toast and he would eat that.</p> <p>I think those close to you just want you to keep looking on the bright side. They don't know any other way to help. Today we took him in because of the vomiting, he's 17. 13 lb, With his dry diaper on. He's 10.5 months.</p> <p>He vomited 3 times this morning. He barely kept down food. He's still smiling and playing though. Although I can now see his rib cage.</p> <p>When he was gaining weight poorly, everyone assured me he's fine and say, at least he's not losing weight! Now he's losing weight, they are still saying he's fine. My nanny said at least he's not throwing up blood! My friend said at least he's still playing! Yeah. I don't know.</p> <p>Why hasn't this turn the corner yet?</p> <p>I cried this morning. I am sitting here supposed to be working but I just can't. I don't have a question on this post. I just feel like venting. </p>
