Hi MK0180 -- just wondering what the ultimate outcome was to your situation. I am having the same issue now -- limbo land is the worst!! Thanks.

I do think that Clomid lengthened my cycle. I think 4-5 days late is ok. But if it has been a week, I'd call the doctor.

I had a wonky cycle while on Clomid once, I O'd on CD44 (normally CD20). Clomid can stay in your system for a cycle after you stop, but I'm not sure about it delaying your cycle if you're pretty normal. I'd wait it out another week and then make an appointment. Good Luck!

Thanks Ladies :) It was a shot in the dark to ask b/c I don't think many people experience this or they go straight to other meds if Clomid doesn't work. I think I may call by the end of the week..

I only took Clomid once because my cycles were annovulatory so I don't really have any advice for you...but there's nothing wrong with calling your doctor with questions! Good luck!

I only did one cycle of clomid, and my cycles went right back to normal afterwards. But then I've heard a couple people say that it changed their O dates by a couple days later than usual.

Coming out of my break to ask a question and needing some advice :)

In total we have done 3 IUIs with Clomid + Ovidrel. The last two were back to back in May. We decided to take a break in June/July. I'm about 4-5 days late in my cycle after stopping these meds. I am consistently 28-29 days and I ovulate on my own. I don't know if I ovulated this cycle b/c I didn't track. I feel like AF is about to start any minute with cramps and that "feeling" with CM which has lasted all of last week into this week. But my boobs are not as sore as they usually are. I took HPTs and all were negative (boooooo). Can you get PMS-like symptoms if you don't ovulate?

Could this be an anovulatory cycle? Have you heard of cycles being messed up after you stop Clomid?

How long should I go without a period before I call my doctor? A week? Two?
Google did nothing but confuse me!
