Well, I have a very flexible WAHM situation freelancing but I simply am not able to work if LO is awake -- he's 18 mos. I'm surprised you've been able to make it work as long as you have :)

When they walk, it really is a whole new ball game. I can't imagine being able to get anything much done with an older baby or toddler if it isn't naptime. My only suggestion would be looking into getting a mothers helper who can watch him while you get some actual work done.

Hi! My little one is almost 1 (one week left!) and I've been fortunate enough to work from home with him one day a week. I work full time and the other 4 days he is in daycare 10 min from home (work is 40 min from home). I love being home with him but he's getting increasingly mobile and I'm concerned I won't be able to watch him as well or give him enough attention now that he's getting older. Although we love our daycare, it is very expensive in my area and I like staying with him all day. Any other work at home moms have advice on making it work? Or is it just a given that we'll eventually have to put him in daycare full time? Thanks in advance!
