We wanted him to be able to 'go both ways' first. It was glorious! (Like A, E will usually only sleeps in my arms). My house was clean and laundry was done--I didn't know what to do with myself!</p> <p>That said, I was super paranoid about it and sat like 5 feet away from him, even though he could (and did, when he woke up) lift his upper body up and roll onto his side, etc.</p> <p>ETA: Btw, I love that picture of him! I would just peek in her room every so often to be sure all was well.
