I long for the days of needing an alarm. I thought it was awful at the time but I got to sleep like 1.5 hours later back then than I do now...

Usually my bladder is my alarm, then the kid, but if both of those sleep in I have to have an alarm set or I won't wake up for work.

Once in a while I'll use one as a backup but my body knows and I always seem to wake up 10 min before it goes off!

Usually LO is my alarm. I have been using my Jawbone Up as my alarm on the days I get up before LO to go to the gym. It vibrates on my wrist and wakes me. I hate hearing an alarm in the morning! Plus I don't have to worry about waking DH.

@Bao: Seriously. I haven't needed an alarm in 4 years (unless we have to get up super early for something). One of the kids always wakes me up!

I am usually woken by hearing my 6yr old get up - a few minutes later my alarm goes off.

I used to wake up without an alarm! But lately my sleep has been all messed up from traveling, and so I need an alarm every morning. It makes falling asleep more stressful, because I always worry that I'll sleep through the alarm! On the plus side though, it's now possible to sleep in on holidays and weekends.

Do you wake up with or without an alarm?
