I have been using my Jawbone Up as my alarm on the days I get up before LO to go to the gym. It vibrates on my wrist and wakes me. I hate hearing an alarm in the morning! But lately my sleep has been all messed up from traveling, and so I need an alarm every morning. It makes falling asleep more stressful, because I always worry that I'll sleep through the alarm!
