I have the weather shield for my BOB, but with LO still in her carseat + adapter for the BOB it doesn't work.

I have her in her seat, with a cozy fleece bundle me dealio that fits the seat and around her, she is in her "snow suit" and then I put a heavy wool sheet over the stroller and seat, and then the generic plastic cover I bought to fit over. We've had some mornings below zero (and I get out 1-3x day with the dog!) and when I check in on her she is so cozy in there. Much colder weather to come, so hope it keeps working, worst case our walks get shorter, but we're out an hour at the longest right now.

@caffeinated: Just the clear vinyl type cover? That's what I was thinking of doing. I haven't bought one for it yet though. You think that'd be enough?

I haven't put her in the stroller yet, but i'm looking to get the weather shield for my BOB stroller. I take walks with her in the Ergo, and she has been pretty warm...which is good considering it is -15C around here! I wear my maternity coat, and i'm able to keep her covered.

Does your jogging stroller (City?BOB?) have a weather shield? I hear they help lessen the exposure to cold weather.

LO and I love our daily walks. I don't want to stop just because the weather is getting cold and I also have a dog who needs to get out there.

I have a Zooper umbrella stroller and a jogging stroller. The Zooper has a foot muff and a canopy that can enclose LO in her seat to cut most of the breeze for decent days. On days with snow I thought I could use my jogger, but she would be pretty exposed.

What have you done to keep LO warm on winter walks? A rain cover to cut the wind? We have a super warm snowsuit for her but I don't want a cool breeze on her little face.

What did you do? At what point did you decide just to stay in?
