My husband got me hooked on it, he watched all the seasons by himself. I would walk by and think it was disgusting, and then I actually sat down for one and started to get hooked. But my DH went our of town for a few days once and I needed something new to watch. I think I watched about 4 seasons in 4 days. I have never watched that much tv in my life. I would get up hours early before work so that I could watch it.
