Those signs are some of the only ones my DD had on her last one. She's never had a fever with her 4 ear infections. I personally would just go get her ears checked. Mama's intuition though! I'm not even sure if the crankiness could be related to less sleep or something physical. All her teeth, however, including the last 4 molars, are fully in. Thoughts on what else could be causing all this? </p>
