<description>&#60;p&#62;I second the ear infection.  Those signs are some of the only ones my DD had on her last one.  She's never had a fever with her 4 ear infections.  I personally would just go get her ears checked.  Mama's intuition though!  You know your kid.  Good luck!

All her teeth, however, including the last 4 molars, are fully in. Thoughts on what else could be causing all this?
