He had gotten WAY too excited and ended up ejaculating and it freaked her out. I ended up laughing with her about it when she was telling me that, but she still says how much it worried her...even though she knows what it is...like if it happens again it's still something negative, even if it's not.</p> <p>It's very atypical for her to overreact about things like that, though. Well I was having him sit, so I could put his leash on him, and I noticed like green mucous right on his penis. He's always peed a lot, like a small amount multiple times, so I thought the worst, and I immediately called out vet. Well they were closed, so then I call the emergency vet, and I tell them what I saw. They told me to bring him in right away, because infections are especially dangerous in puppies. (Our dog is only 7 months old)</p> <p>So of course we pack up and head straight over to the ER vet. After the vet looked at him, ran some tests......want to know what the result was?.......he was...umm. "Excited" apparently when male dog are "happy" their semen....is green! Hahahaha so yea. He's perfectly healthy. I guess once we get him neutered that wont happen.</p> <p>I was soooo embarrassed when the vet told me that......so yea, I paid the vet $90 to have them tell me I have a perfectly healthy "teenage" dog who is going through doggy puberty. LOL </p>
