Still considerably less expensive. DH and I go into any eyeglass store and have them adjust our glasses. We've never had to pay for it. I have had to sign something saying they aren't liable for any damages though. One time, they did damage my glasses, but WP replaced them for free. I haven't used an HSA, but my vision insurance will reimburse me for glasses, and I've just submitted a copy of my WP receipt with no issues.
