I had some long sleeve bodysuits, but I bought WAY too many hoodies/jackets/sweaters. He didn't wear half of them. She wore leggings under her dresses, or just legging and a top with a jacket. I can count on one hand how many times it was still in the 30's low 40's here in the afternoon..... it's a rarity! lol Up in north Texas it does tend to stay cooler more often though so that would causes me to want more long sleeved/wintery type outfits. I figure it's the way I dress in winter, so it should work for her. Plus, as you well know, it can be 30 in the morning and 70+ by afternoon. I've bought a lot of light jackets and plan to layer with outfits... I'll put her in a onesie under her outfit if it ever actually gets cold! A soft, lightweight jacket is good for outings, and then some blankets as needed. (it makes a difference). We're in South Texas & for the most part P wore tights under skirts/dresses, jeans/leggings and her regular tops. We live in Texas and it never gets super cold here (rarely below freezing and never snows). It probably won't even start to get cool outside until November. We have a ton of hand-me-down pants/leggings from my SIL, but not many long-sleeve tops. What do you dress your LO in during the winter? Am I better off getting some long-sleeve bodysuits to wear with the pants? Or actual long-sleeve tops? Or do you dress him/her in layers (like a short-sleeve onesie/top with a light jacket on top?). DD will be 3-6ish months during the winter, so what types of clothes/outfits do you think would be best for that age range?
