At my 6 week appt my OB went over birth control options. She said just be careful because you may be in here sooner than you wish if you are nursing and don't take BC or don't take it consistently. I thought that was kinda weird, she said it was best for your body. I had a totally healthy pregnancy, delivered 2 days after my due date and had lost almost all of the baby weight when I saw her... Got pregnant less than a year later and was in bed rest at 27 weeks. Number 3 she got pregnant less than a year later again and was on bed rest from 20 wks on. I got my BFP with #2 a few days shy of 18 months PP. I didn't wait quite that long, but all the women I know who have had preemies have been told to wait at least 18 months. They actually advised me to not wait too long since I want 3 and I am already 32 just do try and avoid other issues. When I went to the doctor today we talked about my history and she suggested we wait until LO is 18 months before TTC for LO #2. Was anyone else told this? </p>
