It took awhile to get into a schedule with LO, but it got easier with milestones and sleep. I think confidence is a huge factor. I will work 2 days a week which is what I did when we only had DS too. I am not feeling as stressed or overwhelmed as I did when I went back after DS was born. I think I know more of what to expect this time going back as far as pumping, schedule, etc so I am not as worried. My job is also changing into more of what I like so that helps. Was it easier to go back to work after you had your 2nd (or more) or was it harder?
