I'm curious about this too as we're planning on an LO #2. It took awhile to get into a schedule with LO, but it got easier with milestones and sleep. I'm hoping that's the case with a second child.

My transition back to work after DS was a smooth one, especially with my flex schedule; so I'm hoping that after our future LO2 it will be as smooth as the first time.

Good luck mama!

Everyone says it's easier, and I hope that's the case. I think confidence is a huge factor.

We'll see, though, I'm nowhere close, but I'm curious about the responses :)

About the same, I was still nervous the first week about daycare since she wasn't eating well.

DD is 7 weeks old and I am going back to work part time next week. I will work 2 days a week which is what I did when we only had DS too. I am not feeling as stressed or overwhelmed as I did when I went back after DS was born. I think I know more of what to expect this time going back as far as pumping, schedule, etc so I am not as worried. My job is also changing into more of what I like so that helps.

Was it easier to go back to work after you had your 2nd (or more) or was it harder?
