It was easier to leave the baby because my inlaws were taking care of him and it was the same set up as the first time so I knew he would be fine. I was ready to go back to work at 12 weeks! Esp w my mom watching him and working from home two days a week!</p> <p>This time I' took two extra weeks, my mom is still our primary care, ds1 is in preschool, I work from home 3-4 days a week and I've been dreading going back! Tomorrow is my first day! I'm not nervous or anything but just really really sad...</p> <p>How was it for you? </p>
