What I've experienced is a really crummy hormonal crash - depression, headaches, nausea. I've dealt with it three or four other times when we decreased in frequency. I was down to just nursing her at night, and for a week I just decreased the time each night. I had some engorgement pain for like an hour one night but that was it.
