easier. I thought I needed a book... I bought a book. All I needed to know was to sit him on the potty every 30 minutes and give him an M&M when he went. That was the sum total of the info needed LOL

Easier! We tried to potty train him at 24 months and he wasn't ready. So we waited until he was around 30 months. Super easy. Poop was much harder though. He kept asking for a diaper and refused to potty in the toilet. We're finally at a point now that he'll poop in the toilet. YAY! No more diapers!

Also easier! DS is 30 months and we just started last weekend. He has peeing down and hasn't had any accidents and goes, unprompted, when he needs to pee. Poop is another story. He still has yet to do it in the potty. The major problem is that he goes to daycare half days, and while they encourage him and we took his potty chair there, something isn't clicking and he is insisting on wearing a diaper. At home he runs around either naked or just with undies. We still do diapers for naps/night, but he has occasionally woken up totally dry and this morning was dry and even peed in the toilet first thing.

It turned out to be easy and she was trained in a day. I wish I did it sooner! I am definitely going to potty train DD2 earlier since I am now a SAHM. With DD1, I worked full time and I thought we needed to stay home for a few days to do it so I put it off.

Much easier than expected. We had prepared LO for about a year so he was used to having a potty seat in the bathroom. Before officially training, he would tell us when he needed to use the potty. LO was trained within 3 days and even surprised us with being trained overnight too.

It was so much easier than I thought. We waited until DD was 2 and a half-ish, and she has had a handful of accidents, most of which have been in the bathroom because she couldn't get her panties down fast enough.

We potty trained right before DD turned 2. And it was so much easier than I expected.
I really dreaded it, but it was a breeze!

It's a little over a week of no accidents! We are probably 3 weeks into potty Training our daughter and I would say the first 2 days were the most daunting. It was just a big change for everyone. My daughter has always been super anal so the thought of wetting her clothes just really bothered her. The first 2 weeks, she would go when asked and taken to the potty and even held her pee in all night. Some occasional accidents during the day but nothing too bad. By the end of the 1st 2 weeks, she was telling us when she needed to go.

Potty training was easier than I expected. But I really think she was ready for it too. DD is 27 months old.
