He's our last so knowing I'll never have a baby again is really hard. And I'm emotional about four..I feel like it's the end of an era. She's already SO independent (does the bathroom fully on her own, from wiping to hand washing), gets dressed fully on her own, even shoes and coat. </p> <p>It just feels like she's a "kid" now. The first birthday was much harder for me. For me, I think it helps to have his party the weekend after his birthday. For some reason 4 seems so old, like she's no longer a baby or a toddler but a little girl...it makes me sad!
