DD was 6lbs 11 oz and DS was 7 lbs 6 oz. But I lost less, put on more, and spent some time on modified bedrest the second time around, so I think that contributed.

I'm guessing so...my son was 6.5 lbs at 8 weeks early. I had gd, which caused the big baby, but this time around I don't have it, but I'm almost at 35 weeks, so I'm going to assume that she's gonna be bigger...but not too much, hopefully!

On the one hand, I'm hoping not just because I remember how hard 7 lb 13 oz was. On the other hand, I'm hoping so just so I can account for those few extra stretch marks he/she has already given me!

Let's hope for your sake that your DD2 is not too much bigger! :-) Mine were almost exactly the same weight, 7 lb, but DD was a little longer than her DS. I think she inherited the tall genes in the family.
