<p>I'm asking because DD2 has been running a low fever (it's hovering around 100) for 2 days now. No other symptoms, just the fever and lots of crying. Usually if she's teething she also has a runny nose/loose stool, but she has none of that right now. Im in the camp that kids need fevers so I try not reduce but I couldn't take the crying this afternoon and gave her some advil. I just can't tell if this is tooth related (I don't feel anything when I go hunting in her mouth) and I should keep reducing or if she "needs" this fever and a doctor visit.
