Worse the second time. First time it kicked in around 6 weeks or so and went away right at 12/13 weeks. Only threw up once (around 6 weeks), rest of the time was just constantly nauseous. This time it started about the same time, but lasted until about 18 weeks. Again, only threw up once, but it was at 16 weeks!

It's worse this time. I'm only 10 weeks so hoping it stops soon. Last time I was just nauseous a lot but never actually vomited which I have several times this go around. I have trouble in the morning but often times the evenings are the worst.

I think without medication it would have been worse, but with Unisom/B6 round the clock it has been better. With LO#1, I puked 5-6x per day from 4-15 weeks. With #2, it was hourly without meds, but with meds, maybe 5x all week. Started at 4 weeks and is way better, but not gone, at 19. Girls both times!

Worse for my second! Having said that I didn't ever even feel nauseous with my first, I was very lucky. I was in diclectin but my nausea was gone by 11-12 weeks so hopefully yours is gone soon!

So much worse. No throwing up either time, but I had some comfort food the first time. The second time, everything made me queasy. I thought pickles-and-ice-cream are a joke. Nope, I actually tried that combo a few times because it was the only thing that sounded good!

So much worse in that I had zero with #1 but a decent amount with #2. Luckily it tapered off after about 14 weeks. My pregnancies have been so different but the result is the same. . .boys. :)

Mine's better this time around. It was a bit more difficult to manage LO when I'm so tired and sometimes nauseous when the morning sickness would strike. I think I know how to handle it better this time around versus my first time. I also had more time to rest with my LO's pregnancy since it was just DH and I.

With both, I had/have 24/7 nausea, but I think it's worse this time. I don't remember as much dry heaving last time. Waking up early also increases my MS, which is hard as a teacher because I don't have a choice when I get to start work or to work from home.

First DD was way worse than DD2. I had it every day/al day for weeks on end, finally getting relief around 15 weeks. This baby it would just come out of the blue, I would feel good 3-4 days in a row and then bam be knocked on my butt with nausea.

I only had MS with DS from 6.5-8/8.5 weeks, all day/every day, but mostly just nausea and very little yakking.

This time around it started a bit earlier at six weeks, but was hit or miss. I had great days (where I would worry something was wrong) and bad days. Now almost 11 weeks and the last week has been the worst! Thankfully I've been able to work remotely a lot this time around. And my mom's around a lot to help with DS. I can't imagine dealing with it on my own!!

I'm taking B6+Unisom this time around with my OB's recommendation, even though last time I didn't... hoping to see the light at the end of the tunnel soon.
