If you're worried just hand wash and throw it in the washer to spin the water out and hang dry. I even washed the straps and hung those to dry as well. Both dried by the next day or probably sooner since it's all synthetic materials. I get it that you wouldn't want to machine wash the straps but was really surprised I can't take the rest of the cover / inserts off and throw them in the wash.</p> <p>Any tips on how to get it clean without machine washing? Its a Britax B Safe if that helps. </p>
