I had been having contractions for at least 6 hours before they had to break it. Instead I had lots of contractions close together, but not strong enough to make me dilate. I personally fear going into labor at work only because I'm scared to have my water break all the place. For those of you that went into labor naturally, did your water break first before you felt contractions or after? </p>
