Yes finding shoes is so hard! They run a bit big though. A3 is more like a 3.5 or even small 4.</p> <p>My little one just moved from a 3 to a 4 in her every day shoe and the 3.5 works perfect for her. So I think the 3 could work for you. My girl also just turned 18 months.... The smallest of the iplay ones linked above literally fell off her feet when she moves her foot (she was size three but the smallest they come in is a 4).
