@Anagram: Good to know! I was just assuming it should be the same day every month so that makes me feel better that it might not always be.

@renee0106: I think it's normal for some people to have different O days. I used a clear blue advanced and the cheapie Wondfos, so I could test more than once a day. The month I got pregnant, I ovulated a full week earlier than normal. Totally random but I got pregnant anyway.

@Simplyfelicity Thanks for your response! I think I will try the regular ones this time and see if that changes any of my results.

@Marionberry I have not tried temping/charting yet but I'm thinking about trying that in conjunction now since I'm not having any luck. I just wasn't sure if it was normal to have different O day each month that was 3 days earlier/later than the previous month.

I wouldn't think a difference of a couple days is that unusual. Have you tried temping/charting in conjunction? It's a great way to verify ovulation.

@renee0106: First of all, welcome to HB! To be completely honest, I did not care for the Clear Blue Easy Advanced Digital OPKS. I didn't like that you could only use them once a day and that they couldn't be used for more than a cycle.
If you look at reviews online, most people prefer the CBE Digital OPKS ( not advanced.) I got 20 tests for 35 bucks on Amazon and it could easily last me four months. I got pregnant twice using them. Some bees like the advanced, I just didn't care for them. Best of luck! :goodluck:
We also have a POAS (monthly pee on a stick) thread it just started yesterday.

I've used the Advanced Clear Blue OPK for 2 cycles now and got different results with both cycles. My first cycle I got High Fertility readings (flashing smileys) for Days 11-17 and the finally got a peak reading on Day 18. The next cycle and I got low readings on Days 13-14, and then a peak reading (solid smiley) on Day 15. The test instructions said to use FMU so that's what I did, but I'm wondering if I should not have been based on what I have read on these posts?

I'm wondering if I should try a different test? Or is this normal to get such different results each cycle? I have very regular cycles so I'm not sure what to think?
