The first dining room table I ordered was the wrong height for us (Somehow I hadn’t looked at that dimension and couldn’t tell from the picture that it was bar height, totally my fault but they accepted the return.) I ordered a custom fabric sectional sofa that finally arrived only to be missing 2/3 of the sectional. I got the impression they WOULD have sent someone to pick up the rug if we had no way of transporting it to the shipping store, but they didn't make that option easy to arrange. It was basically like clothing fabric and not upholstery.
