I have oily skin, and have found that the harder you clean and try to combat oil, the more oil your skin will produce (because it thinks you don't already have plenty!)

I use an oil in place of a moisturizer, you only need a few drops about the size of a pea, and spread all over your face. Here's what I use: https://store.drhauschka.com/b2c/ecom/ecomEnduser/items/itemDetail.aspx?&page=&store=&itemNum=NDO&siteId=1

Also, do you use a toner? If not, using one should help combat the oil production as well. Just look for one without alcohol, as that will dry out your skin and.....yeah, more oil production!

Finally, a good powder can also help to combat oil throughout the day. I use a Chanel pressed powder, but also really love Youngblood's translucent finishing powder - that stuff will keep your face shine-free all day long and it isn't heavy at all! http://www.birchbox.com/shop/youngblood-mineral-perfecting-powder

Here's some info on using oil, it's a "like treats like" philosophy: http://www.drhauschka.com/find-products-for-your-skin/7-facts.aspx

So, I've always had normal skin that's just been a little on the dry side. I started experiencing oily skin the day I got pregnant (although I didn't know it then). Now, almost 6 weeks pregnant I am a big grease ball.

I'm using those blotting papers and they work great! The only thing is I'm using them at least 5 times a day.
I also scrub my face with baking soda 3 times a week. This is good at keeping the oil from causing too many breakouts and blackheads.

Anyone have any good ideas about helping control this or recommend any good products? I'm still using my products I have for my normal/dry skin so I may need to switch.
