@Pink Champagne: that is exactly what he wants to do! We moved the wooden rocker my mom used in to the nursery so we are going to hang it on the back of that.

@ladybee: do you have a glider? I think special blankets like quilts look cuter draped over the back of the chair anyway. I have one that my moms best friend knit that lives there in our nursery. I have to admit that I agree with you DH- I think quilts look funny hanging on the wall, unless they're the huge wedding type ones, or maybe a special hand-made one. Buying on from PBK... I would keep it off the wall and use it, since the reason you would hang a quilt rather than use a quilt is because it was old/handmade/was too fragile for regular use.

@ladybee: Thanks :). It's funny, my DH was the one who looked at the rack and was like "We're buying this, right?" haha. Helps that we liked it in the store.

@Cara M. 17: Thank you! I'll do a post when it's done. We're slowly working on artwork, which is our last to-do for the room. I'm making some right now, and we need to buy/make something to go over the crib. Then I'll share the finished product :). Right now it looks kind of funny in there to me because the walls are bare in a lot of places.

@MrsCB: super cute. DH informed last night he doesn't love the idea of hanging the quilt so I guess we aren't doing that. Side note, our PBKids mobile arm will be here Tuesday. I used the one that came with the mobile and was plastic but it scratched the crib. Yours looks great!

I used those clip on rings for curtains and a decorative rod, hung from brackets that were intended for curtains.

I have a light one from her bedding set and used Command picture hanging strips (they're hook and loop connection) and it hasn't fallen down yet. Not sure how heavy the PBK quilt is.

I think they may make quilt hanging hardware as well. PBK calls it a quilt rack:

I've seen people use old vintage ladders and curtain rods! I saw something on Pinterest were someone put up a clothesline with pins to hang a baby quilt.
