It was barely long enough for the technician to say "I think its a girl", but we took it. 4 months later our little girl arrived!</p> <p>I would personally have paid for a scan if I were you.. The same thing happened to us! ^_^ LO had his legs crossed good! But the tech was able to get all the scans she needed to do in a timely fashion but she just couldn't see the private parts.</p> <p>Since we still had about 15 minutes left in my appointment she let me walk outside and go up and down stairs and come back. After that she was able to rescan and finally his legs came apart enough to see it. The tech said "I should have known it was a boy... Only boys give me this much troubles!" :)</p> <p>I found out later that our tech was super nice and really went above and beyond to find out if it was a boy or girl for us. It was so obvious I could even tell as soon as she turned on the u/s machine! HOWEVER, had we not had that u/s I'm not sure we would have been able to find out...at our 20w anatomy scan DS was not having it and the tech said it was very difficult to tell the sex. We were team green, went through the 20 week ultrasound just fine but needed to schedule one more to complete it. Went in at 25 weeks, told the tech we didn't want to know, she turned the screen, we turned out heads, the works. Then I asked how the weight was and she goes, "weight looks good, about the 26th percentile for a GIRL". Oye.
