Mine was granuloma; bright cherry pink tissue that was visible externally but also was internal. My OB did an in-office procedure where I was locally numbed, it was sliced off, and then burned with silver nitrate. I feel like a huge weight has been lifted and like there's a light at the end of a dark, painful tunnel. I really wondered if I'd ever find sex bearable again. Two doctors visits, scar tissue removal, estrogen, and almost ten months was all it took. DH called today the best day of his life. </p>
