If something should happen to my parents, the guardianship then goes to my middle brother who is the most stable out of my three brothers, same visitation with my MIL as before. I have also put in a clause that my GMIL is not allowed to look after my children unsupervised in any way possible from now on. Yeah, that's going to go down really well. But it is desperately needed as she basically took away my DH as a baby from her daughter, my MIL and wouldn't give him back, even after a lengthy court battle. It was ugly. You'll get a better rate by going to a company where you are already a customer.
