So sometimes things can be a little delayed, but it doesn't mean anything... We have put a few offers in on houses. Most of them took a couple of days. The first house we ever put an offer in on, the couple took 3 days....THREE DAYS to get back to us to tell us...they decided not to sell the house. I was so distraught. I was in love with the house, too. They apparently had it on the market so the real estate agent could babysit the house while they were in Europe. :-/ I learned my lesson then, don't give people days to consider your offer!
