Just got back, not too bad :)  The app seems wonky to me - I only hear the pleasant computer lady when the screen is on, so I missed my cues a bunch of times, and ended up having to keep manually checking my phone every so often to stay on track.  Does that happen to you?

<description>&#60;p&#62;Yay! I did one 2 summers ago, and need to do it again this summer. I just used a free app and then at the end of the summer ran a (very slow) 5k. (It took 45 min  :meh: ) I hope I can stick the boy in a stroller for a half hour a day and get a little exercise in!

Honestly, he's part of my motivation to go cause otherwise I wouldn't really take him out and I know he loves it, but then he can't leave anyone or anything drive by alone! <description>&#60;p&#62;@mrbee:  It has been good! The first couple of weeks were super easy but when you get to like 8-10 minute runs, that's when I struggled a little. I have really learned to pace myself and to play that mental game that is SO important in running. I seriously go so slowly I wouldn't be surprised to see snails creeping past me, but I think speed will come with time. I am registering for a 5K for late this month!!!

&#60;p&#62;I have done C25K before using a different app, but it played my own music &#38;amp; then would tell me when to run &#38;amp; walk. I really liked it &#38;amp; I was able to run/jog more than I ever have been, but I never ended up completing it. I had to do multiple weeks twice, but I am not in great shape! &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I want to try again, but with being back to work part-time, all my time with LO feels so precious... Maybe if I could muster the energy after she goes to bed!

<description>&#60;p&#62;We just finished Day One of Couch to 5K!  It was easier than I thought it would be.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;First, we bought this app for 2 bucks:&#60;br /&#62;

&#60;p&#62;A pleasant computer lady then walked us through the workout.  Basically Day One was as follows: &#34;A brisk five-minute warmup walk. Then alternate 60 seconds of jogging and 90 seconds of walking for a total of 20 minutes.&#34;  Then we did a five-minute cooldown walk, for a total of 30 minutes.  It wasn't too bad!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;We plan to do it Monday/Wednesday/Friday during a work break.  Supposedly by Week 9, we'll be able to do &#34;a brisk five-minute warmup walk, then jog 3 miles (or 30 minutes).&#34;  We shall see.&#60;/p&#62;
