She'd mentioned that :) she's going to talk to the ped and do a full work up of how many calories he needs to eat in order to gain what the ped wants and look into changing the fortifying around. I'd be totally okay with a bottle or two a day, or anything we need to do to make sure he grows, as long as the goal is to keep him at the breast for as much of that as possible--which is her goal too, but she has way more knowledge and is in a better position to be able to reason with the ped.
