However, I have been nauseous during the third trimester but have only vomited due to acid reflux.</p> <p>I have recently had 3 friends give birth to girls. 2 had horrible morning sickness and 1 had none. I'm pregnant with b/g twins. Nausea is still going on at 24 weeks. I do have/had HG that required me to go to the hospital at 8 and 12 weeks for dehydration and severe vomiting that was not controlled by current meds. For me, I wonder if its all the hormones from both babies and also, I'm a petite person. I've asked other twin moms and found no correlation between having twins and having nausea or HG.</p> <p>I am wondering how my nausea will be *if* I get pregnant again with one baby. Part of me thinks these twins will be our last because I'm afraid to have HG again, but holding onto hope that one baby won't be as bad.
