<description>&#60;p&#62;I have decided to switch to formula after breastfeeding for 4 months now. Any advice for me? Baby has used a bottle since the early weeks (did a lot of pumping so hubby could help). How do I go about this with the least amount of boob pain possible? And I feel selfish for wanting to stop, but I miss my body and sanity.
