<description>&#60;p&#62;@Jass: I think it depends on what you personally feel comfortable with doing.... Some people might say that things can't get much worse so why not take away the paci and swaddle all at once, whereas others might say that it's too big of an adjustment. I really think whatever you decide to do, you have to be ok with it and be consistent. Good luck!

<description>&#60;p&#62;At 5.5m with DD we sleep trained and cut pacifier for sleep at same time. At the current stage you're at I was where you are at! My current 4m old is a zillion times worth with unsettledness, not fun!!

<description>&#60;p&#62;@Jass: hi, I don't have any advice for the pacifier but for the swaddle, I took one arm out for a week, then both arms while still wrapping the torso nice and snug. That worked for us but some babies do better cold turkey. You could always try taking one arm out and see how she reacts? Otherwise I think others have swaddle weaned while sleep training...

<description>&#60;p&#62;Hi&#60;br /&#62;
I have a 4 month old daughter who is addicted to her pacifier. She wakes the moment it falls. As a result i have to hold her for naps and at night also for first one or 2 hours. When i put her down in her rock and play still she wakes number of times for pacifier. She is overtired from fragmented sleep. She is swaddled and we use white noise. I plan to sleep train her at 6 month but want to wean her from pacifier and swaddle. Not sure how to do this. Please suggest
