I'm working on weaning LO off and my midwife pointed out several things that could make real latching difficult (like the fact that she's just taking the nipple into her mouth, not the nip and areola). </p> <p>@MusicaV: I'm with you! Since baby girl got her chops around my actual nipples I've realised what a whole world of pain breastfeeding can be. It's great she's figured out how to latch on her own though, now we need to make it deeper. It gets better, right? Or I may chop off my boobs for good, lol. </p>
