We rolled up a blanket and put it under. She's been sleeping in her full sized bed since two and a half. She usually doesn't fall off, but when she does, she just climbs back in and doesn't remember

Thanks for the pool noodle advice, y'all! I think we're going to try this weekend. :)

We use a pool noodle but sometimes it slips off the bed but I think it's pretty effective. You could probably roll up a towel too.

I would put the pool noodle a third of the way into the bed so he gets used to not sleeping on the edge.

@travellingbee: I have a friend that put a pool noodle under the sheet to act as a small bumper. She said it was just enough where he didn't roll over it.

My 3.5 year old has a bed rail on one side of his queen size bed. The other side is against the wall. But those damn rails are such a pain! It is next to impossible to make the bed. So I'd like to get rid of them, and I know some kids don't even have them at his age, but he sleeps up against it! So I am not sure how to go about getting rid of them without injury and crappy sleep occurring! Any suggestions would be so welcome!
