I had major problems with our wedding photographer not getting us our photos over and over again. It seemed like she always had an excuse, and she kept promising them by a certain date and never delivering. When she finally got them to us I defriended her from Facebook lol (she was a wife of a guy who my best friend boyfriend was friends with, one of those) just because I was so effing fed up with having her in my life. So I feel your pain. I was contacting her like once every couple of days near the end. She had the nerve to offer to do our maternity pictures for free... no thanks. If she took that long and we paid her, how unprofessional would she be if she did a job for free?</p> <p>It's just so hard since you've already paid them, it's so frustrating! It took over 6 months to get proofs from our wedding and then another 6 months to get our album. Regardless of that, your contract clearly states when you should receive it and you haven't yet. She at least owes you the courtesy of a response, so you can know the status. Try again via e-mail and phone. Try her on a Tuesday or Wednesday - trying to reach a wedding vendor Friday through Monday this time of year can be rough as we're always at events or recovering from them :)</p> <p>Does she have a studio that you could stop by when you just coincidentally happen to be "in the area" (in the event that she still doesn't respond)? I'm helping a client deal with a similar situation (non-responsive photog) and the only times we have gotten answers from him have been when we've dropped by unannounced or called from other people's phones (so he wouldn't recognize the numbers). I emailed her 3 weeks ago to say hi and to make sure she had most current address and I haven't received a response. I know she is probably busy but I paid her a lot of money and I would love an update...</p> <p>DH told me to chill and said June is a wedding crazy month(LOL)...He told me not to worry about it and follow up with with a call in a few weeks.</p> <p>What do you think?
