Most people just dress for the reception, maybe throw a wrap over their shoulders. Bring a pretty, simple, cardigan or wrap for the ceremony. Is the ceremony in a church? I feel like people often dress pretty fancy for the day church part when there is an evening reception, especially if there are family photos. I have no role in the wedding, but photos will be taken of the family, and our girls are flower girls.<br /> I have a dress in my closet that is kind of the classic cocktail dress. But it is a little sparkly and I feel weird wearing that to the wedding ceremony. What do you think? I have only ever worn it once, it is so comfortable, I own it already and I love the way it looks on, and I think that it would coordinate for family photos beautifully. Is it weird to wear a sparkly dress to a wedding, or am I bonkers? </p>
