<description>&#60;p&#62;I do a monthly plan, for whatever reason I can't do a weekly plan while I am working (it worked fine when I was staying at home).&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Another gadget I love is the Cuisinart Griddler. I use it during the week for paninis.  It makes a plain cold sandwich more special with really no extra effort.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I just made a nice little crock pot meal for my husband while he parents alone tomorrow night. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Chili Lime Chicken&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;take a few (I did two, but whatever) chicken breasts and put them in the bottom of a slow cooker. cover with chopped garlic and onion. sprinkle on some chili powder (could swap with taco seasoning or cumin), and squeeze a lime over. Slow cook on low all day, or high for a few hours. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Shred the meat, and then use it on tostadas or burritos. We take tostadas, spread on a layer of refried beans, then top with black beans, chicken, salsa, sour cream, cheese, cilantro. Whatever. This is a really easy and super delicious meal, and easy to make ahead. I make it the night before, and then just put in on to slow cook in the morning.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I made black beans in the Crockpot last night, I usually make the whole bag and then divide into 3 freezer bags. We use the beans for burritos, quesadillas, and just plain old rice and beans.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Today I'm making:&#60;br /&#62;
Beef and spinach empanadas&#60;br /&#62;
Broccoli, carrot, potato nuggets&#60;br /&#62;
Sausage and caramelized onions&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I will also make a big pot of rice. The only thing I cook after work are the veggies. Everything else is just reheated.
