33 with my first and 15 with my second. I was the same starting weight for both pregnancies.

I exercised every day with my first and almost never with my second...I just ate low carb and low sugar for my GD diet.

I just entered the second trimester, but I actually lost 8 pounds in the first trimester due to a mixture of morning sickness, more exercise, and eating better. I haven't gained any yet in the second trimester, but I'm hoping for it to be minimal. Due to my weight already, my midwife only wants me to gain 10-15 pounds total.

1st time around I exercised by running, prenatal yoga, and stairsteppers... and walked nightly up until my due date. I had no kids and a lot of time! I gained exactly 30 pounds.

2nd time around I exercised only in my 2nd trimester by going to spinning classes. Didn't exercise at all the 1st and 3rd trimesters, and didn't even do nightly walks. I was so tired from chasing after and holding my toddler. I still gained exactly 30 pounds.

I gained the same way too both times - 0 pounds in 1st trimester, about 20 pounds in my 2nd, and the last 10 pounds in my 3rd.

I gained 40 with LO#1, and so far with #2 it's tracking slower.... thank goodness.. :)

I'm up 12lbs at 28 weeks so far, so less than last time. BUT, like chopsuey, I still had 10lbs left-over from LO#1, so i guess i should look at it as 22lbs up. alas.... :)

i haven't eaten any differently, really, so i think it's the extra exercise from looking after LO. also, i think having a summer pregnancy is helping -- i naturally eat better and get out more when it's nice out!

I'm only 17 weeks in but so far I'm gaining less with baby #2. However, I hadn't lost all of the baby weight from Elliot yet. I gained 45 pounds with him. I'm up 5 right now with baby 2!

2nd: 37ish. I was still holding on to about 10lbs from pregnancy 1 though. (+47)

I have 18 pounds to lose to get back to prebaby. -.-

How much weight did you gain the first time around vs the second?

I gained almost 45 lbs with DS and really hoping to not gain that much this time.
