@gotkimchi: I bought something like these to record in. Fits perfectly in a pocket or purse.

@gotkimchi: For the past couple months, I have simply written down everything I eat in a small notebook. I have probably lost 10 lbs this way. I found I was less likely to eat food I didn't need if I had to write it down. I also write down the calories but I don't limit them (that makes me want to eat more.) Some days, I eat 1,400 and some days, I eat 2,000...but I am cutting down on mindless snacking this way. I also record how food makes me feel or if I shouldn't have eaten so much of something. Really small commitment and it has worked for me!

Weight watchers is the only thing that's worked for me. Even when I try to eat clean, I end up eating too much and gain weight :-/. No experience with the meal services, but it might be worth a shot. Agree with others that starting small with good changes, but keeping consistent seems to be the long term key (at least for me!)

Easiest changes are to stop drinking your calories and to just get out and walk several times a week.

Start small. I find that if I do a huge change upfront, it's less likely to stick. For me, I like to get into an exercise groove first and then slowly improve my diet.

Start small-cut the processed foods and prep something healthy a few days a week. Drink water instead of other stuff if you don't already

I've had the most success when I counted macros, lifted weights, and did cardio but it's certainly a lot of work

I'd really like to lose 15-20lb. I'm 9 mo pp and I'm so over the frump! I just can't seem to get on track. I've had success in the past counting calories or doing weight watchers but I can't seem to get in the habit again. It seems like such a chore! What id really like is somethkng super easy like nutrisystem or a meal delivery service but it's not in the budget right now. Once I did a whole 30 and felt awesome but I dont have time for all the preparation right now. I'm still breastfeeding so I'm hungry! Any ideas for me?
