<description>&#60;p&#62;I just started again. I had success pre-kids but this is my 1st real attempt after 3 kids and at almost 40.  I find it pretty hard because I like to eat and like carbs and sweets.  Lol. But if you like veggies, I think it’s a pretty doable program.  I’m still navigating towards the most recent change. I do try to incorporate veggies when I can instead of carbs.  For example, I do spaghetti squash instead of pasta and mashed cauliflower instead of mashed potatoes.
