What a nutjob! </p> https://boards.hellobee.com/topic/weird-people#post-58688 Wed, 25 Jan 2012 12:16:02 +0000 Maysprout 58688@https://boards.hellobee.com/ <p>Just thought we could use a thread about the interesting characters who talk to the baby.</p> <p>I was walking around today with baby in the Ergo and this little old lady comes up and here's her half of the conversation</p> <p>to baby: "you want to come home with me" repeat x10<br /> to me: "I don't think she wants you to hold her anymore, she wants me to hold her"<br /> to baby: "you want to come home with me" repeat x10<br /> to me: "where do you live"; "that's not close to me but I'll babysit her for you"; "do you smoke", "does your husband"; '"I really need a cigarette, I didn't set aside any money for them either"<br /> At this point I'm like 'oh, that's too bad' but I didn't have any money on me nor did I want to give money to buy cigarettes. I think she was offering to babysit in exchange for cigarettes? It was a bit bizarre and a bit creepy but made me laugh afterwards. </p>
