<description>&#60;p&#62;I got off the pill 5 months ago after taking it for 8 years.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;My first three cycles were great. Exactly 30 days long each. Extremely regular.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Last time I posted about my period it was late. I finally got it a week later, making that cycle 38 days long. This is the first time ever in my life that my period was a whole week late.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Well my period is even later this time. It's been 40 days and counting.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Should I go to a doctor? My husband is concerned about it but I figure there really isn't anything a doctor could do for me. I know there are a million things that can cause late/irregular periods.
