<description>&#60;p&#62;I don't remember pain exactly like that, but I'll say what I always recommend to anyone having strange pains... try a chiropractor! I literally walked with a limp for two weeks postpartum until my checkup when my midwife suggested chiro. I had hurt my hip pretty badly during L&#38;amp;D but she was able to get things back on track after a few adjustments. I hope you feel better soon!!

<description>&#60;p&#62;So this is weird but I notice that if I sit or lay for an hour, I get a weird deadening pain in my hips, knees, and lower abdomen. So mostly when I sit or lay on the couch and watch tv (which I do a lot lately). When I get up to walk around, it hurts! &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Wtf? I wonder if it has to do with my hormones settling back in? Relaxin?
