I think I had something similar. It almost felt as if an orgasm was building but the release never came. It was soooo uncomfortable!

It only lasted a few weeks for me and then I never had it again!

I had this from time to time throughout my pregnancy. I always thought it was due to increased blood flow. Glad you had a good ultrasound!

I had a lot of the during my pregnancy. I always just chalked it up to the increased blood flow to the area.

I don't have the throbbing but a lot of pressure, I guess for me though it feels like I've been kicked. Ha it's no fun.

@Mrs. Champagne: you're welcome! The throbbing and pressure always freaks me out. My ultrasounds have come back fine, and I'm not spotting anymore. I have no idea what it is, but when I was at the doctor's yesterday, I mentioned it, and he didn't seem worried. I hope your urine sample comes back clean!

I've had a lot of pressure low in my pelvis on and off for a little while now, too. It seems to be nothing, but it still freaks me out! I'm 9.5 weeks.

I have been having some pressure/throbbing down below the past couple of days. I can't really tell where it is coming from. I don't know if its cervix, pelvic floor.. etc. It comes and goes. I'm 12.5 weeks.

I called the midwife and she had me come in to do a urine sample but I haven't got the results. I had my NT scan yesterday and my cervix is long and closed.

I'm assuming that I shouldn't worry and this is normal?!
